Tap the Grown-Ups button, pass the grown-ups gate, then tap Go Premium and choose Monthly or Annual.

Yes. Videos your child watches are saved automatically, and in Content Controls you can pick videos to always keep offline. With no internet, only saved videos appear.
Set a limit (15 to 60 minutes) in the Grown-Ups area. It counts only while your child is actually watching, so closing the app for a while starts it fresh. When the time is up, a gentle “time for a break” screen covers the app until you extend it or turn it off from the gate.
Locked songs and games need a subscription. Tapping one just gives a little wiggle, never a surprise charge. A subscription unlocks the whole library.
Yes. In Content Controls, tap the eye on any video to hide it from every section your child sees. Hidden videos are listed at the top so you can unhide them.
Use Guided Access: Settings, then Accessibility, then Guided Access. Triple-click the side button to lock the app open on one screen.
